Export Gerber, Drill, BOM, and CPL and send them straight to a fab house for a quote. Every version is archived, so you can always go back.

Usually a few minutes. You can watch it pick parts, wire and place step by step, and you can leave the tab and come back — it keeps going.
Each choice comes with a reason and the key parameters, and you can swap any of them. If you have hard requirements — package, voltage, current, cost — put them in the sentence and the selection follows them.
You can export Gerbers, the BOM and pick-and-place — the three things a fab house asks for. Review the design yourself before ordering: DRC runs, but it does not replace your judgement about whether the circuit is right.
